    Another Day...

    Well...I havent seen my dad is over two weeks now...he has been ignoring me...before this, he started to challenge me to fights saying "You wanna go wight now? Ill whop your ass right here" and such...it was really weird...
     
    This Saturday is my one year anniversary with my girl friend. Going out to dinner on the one night i have off...
     
    I also am completely exhausted...I need about eleventy gazillion hours of sleep and thats not happening...

    Spring Break was a wash...i planned on doing school work, but i ended up catching up on sleep...slept an average of 12-13 hours a day...was fantastic...

    College Life

    So i moved in to my dorm room on saturday (it is monday today) and i am so bored. Classes havent started yet and it has been raining the entire time i have been here. I went over to Disobliges room yesterday as well...It is a freakin hotel room. It has airconditioning and free HBO. It is also alot nicer then my hell hole...no AC, hot and humid cause of the rain, and it is only supposed to get hotter.

    First year of college is done with and over. It was long and hard....and I have learned to hate the other people in my classes for being so smart and myself for not going to extremes like other people in the classes to sabotage the other students grades....

    Finals

    So today i took my first collage final (Math- Linear Algebra 210). It went better then I thought it would have. Now i have to write a reflective essay for english for friday, then physics on monday, then biology on the next friday. Yay easy schedule!!!

    First Weekend

    So last night me and a couple of friends i have met this week (all of whom were girls) decided to go frat hopping last night. It was awesome. I only bad one can and then two cups from a keg, so i didnt go overboard, but i had a blast. It was keystone light though, so it was pretty watered down tasting, but it was decent enough to drink. It was really funny though because there were cops out in Greek-Town (where the frats are) and they saw all the underage drinking and did nothing. Yay for lazy cops!!

    So my parents are being irrational...They told me that I wasnt smart enough to make it into college...even though I have three acceptance letters to prestigious universities sitting on my desk...I also havent seen my girlfriend outside of school for well over a month now...bad times...bad times...

    If anyone is looking for a good game to play, http://www.su-online.co.uk/community/index.php is the forum for a good space type game. It is still in beta stage, but the staff is amazing at being there to foster player made ideas. During the time that i have played, some of my ideas have actually become part of the game. They are always looking for new ideas and a bigger player base. Try it out, they are always on their irc channel and willing to talk to everyone about the game. The only problm is that they live in england so they are up when i am asleeep and visa verca...there is a 4-5 hour time slot where everyone is awake though and alot of good ideas happen...

    Graduation

    I graduated. Now i am done with my formal schooling. Next Year starts college and all the fun times there. I am starting school as a Chemical Engineering major. Should be fun.
     
    In my summer boredom, i have started to play Fable for the pc again. I am also working 40+ hours a week. Why am i so bored?

    Midterms week...Yay!!!
     
    So i only have two exams during midterms week, which is really awesome, especially because they are my two easiest classes (Psychology and Astronomy)...
     
    As a random factoid...
     
    Every day, the earth begins to revolve slower, causing the days to get longer, because the moon is getting farther away and absorbing Earth's angular momentum. Eventually the moon will tidal lock the earth into orbit, causing the moon to stay in the exact same place above earth. Sadly, this will never happen because before it does, the sun will explode.

    New Year

    Its a new year and nothing special has happened. It is second semester of my senior year and its not as exciting as i though that it was going to be. I am pretty much doing nothing in school. On the plus side, i start Calculus 3 this week so it should be fun. My dad is riding my case on scholarships too...he dosent want to pitch in for my college (he is still pissed because i scored better then him on the ACT).

    School is almost over!!!! There is only one month of half-assed learning before graduation. And that month will consist of torture from Prom plans (really, really not looking foreward to prom planning...)
     
    Anyways, its spring break which is nice since i can sit around and do nothing and not get yelled at...

    So...you know that you are doing well in a class when you can take a test, fail it, and then go in a second time to an easier test and still fail it. Not to mention the next day failing a test that depended on the one before it...
     
    My physics teacher has decided to stop grading out tests because the class average was below a 60%...Oh Yeah...we are that smart...

    Prom

    Went to prom on Friday. It was at the Field Museum. I had fun dancing with all the girls in my group. After we slept at a friends house but i had to leave early to go to practice (on less then one hour of sleep...i had some fun that day doing flips...). We also went to the Indiana Dunes which was cool. I like the beach.

    So today i got a letter back from this scholarship i had applied to. Only 100 people are allowed to apply and it is invite only. It was for a dull ride up to and including a doctorate. It was an amazing chance. I did not get it. I am kinda sad in that it would have been an amazing win, but at the same time, it was to a university that i wasnt really thrilled to go to (although it is still an amazing institution). This has cemented in my decision to attend the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign in the fall as opposed to Purdue University. Chemical engineering is going to be fun...
