This is a massive upgrade from the previous OS4 release (V8.3), adding, among other features, the best emulation of the Astro Wars, Galaxia and Malzak 1 & 2 coin-ops of any emulator (including MESS), and the only support for the Central Data 2650, Chaos 2 and Dolphin computers of any emulator. Also, the Dutch and Russian languages are now supported.
