what to do? disc-at-once 16 or disc at once 96

*i am from israel so exscuse my english i have an old ps with an outside chip(game hunter) i would like to burn a few games but i dont know how... i tried burnnig a few game wite no succes(its stuck in the movies) but my friend buiyng burn games and it works... how i burn good????i have a nero 6 and fire burner.. how i burn it good??? if you can do it on the last detail...and in a simple english thank you guys...
