So today i got a letter back from this scholarship i had applied to. Only 100 people are allowed to apply and it is invite only. It was for a dull ride up to and including a doctorate. It was an amazing chance. I did not get it. I am kinda sad in that it would have been an amazing win, but at the same time, it was to a university that i wasnt really thrilled to go to (although it is still an amazing institution). This has cemented in my decision to attend the University of Illinois-Urbana
i am really tired...need sleep...lotsa sleep...fell asleep in all three of my classes today (and i am in high school so i had to go to them...)..bleah...
School is almost over!!!! There is only one month of half-assed learning before graduation. And that month will consist of torture from Prom plans (really, really not looking foreward to prom planning...) Anyways, its spring break which is nice since i can sit around and do nothing and not get yelled at...
I have to work all weekend and then i go to school all day during the wek...I have no time to spend with my friends...i miss the time when i watched movies all day when i couldnt go out...
SPRING BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that says it all... Also...im going to Chicago Bulls game tonight...got some primo seats from my dad's office. It is going to be fun.
So...you know that you are doing well in a class when you can take a test, fail it, and then go in a second time to an easier test and still fail it. Not to mention the next day failing a test that depended on the one before it... My physics teacher has decided to stop grading out tests because the class average was below a 60%...Oh Yeah...we are that smart...
