Why are all the good mugen sites Foreign sites

Why do all the good sites come from Foreign nations does this mean the good o US of A is a bad place to host web sites or is it more costly to host sites here or does this just mean mugen is more populer in other countries. :P

Uhhh...actually I'd say a good deal of the sites are in english whether they're American or not.
Plus who really cares what language they're in? It's just what they're doing that's important.
Canadians and Americans are still big in the community, I don't know where you're getting this "foreign" from.
The whole worls doesn't have to be english, honestly.
