Hi everyone...this is my first post here so I hope this isn't too noob-ish.

Anyway, I'm having trouble getting Kawa-X SE to work. I've downloaded a version that was from a newsgroup including the hacked roms. The only change I've made is that I run it from my hard drive, and I change my rompath.ini file away from D:\roms to F:\emus\kawa-x se\roms. When I launch Kawa-X SE it opens the emu, but when I look at the "Neo Geo" screen it has no roms listed. I hit "X" to rescan the roms, and nothing is listed again.

Any suggestions? Does kawa-x se only run from the CD or only run if the roms are fom the CD? I'm thinking it's a problem with my rompath, but I'm not sure sure. Or if anyone else has a link to a place that has the emu and the newer roms already set up that would work too. Thanks for the help.

You have to change the rompath in the ini back to D:\roms, and then put the ini back on your hdd writing over the old one and it will work perfect, cos the ini is not really used it will find the rom as long as they are in the kawa x/roms folder.
