I have downloaded a game in 21 pieces. there are 19.rar files and 2 other files. Would someone kindly tell me how to make this a image that I can burn to a cd?

for the rar files, you would use WinRAR. you can get it at http://www.download.com. now, the two other files you mentioned, would they be a nfo file and a stv file? if so, these files are not vital to extracting the cd image from the rar archive.

That is what they are. So just run WinRAR on all the files and extract them to the same directory?

Usually you just have to extract the first file and it extrats the rest of the archive automatically.
