Can I get all the Snes games downloaded in a single download, where and how?

I mean all the Snes games

 

At the moment im using the 9x emulator and I downloaded a load of separate roms and I could only download so many 

Does the keyboard have all the buttons set up on super mario kart for snes? I usually only use 2 buttons not sure if its only 2 or if there's all needed?

Oh btw if there's an all in one multi emulator multi game pack download like with these new R36S game machines, but online and for the PC id like to know about it, what a great little product they made us! So many emulators and games and all set up ready to go no set up, it would be brilliant if that were possible on PC!?
