  binbug,cd2650: improved/rewrote/fixed floppy drive emulation.
  wa: floppy drive subwin: improved platter graphics slightly.
  binbug,cd2650: number of drives is now user-selectable.
  wa: output subwin: added "copy text" button.
  improved/fixed sound emulation.
  binbug,cd2650: debugger: in verbose disk mode, DRIVE command without
   arguments now shows various fd1771 registers.

The emulator can be used standalone, or with the ES-DE or LaunchBox
frontends. The supported languages are currently English, Dutch, French,
German, Greek, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

  * Enhanced host gamepad support.
  * Miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes.
 Details:
  interton: added autosense support for space zap game.
  arcadia: fixed: 3d attack autofire support did not work optimally.
  fixed: console buttons were remaining highlighted after host gamepad
   presses.
  improved sound emulation slightly.
  added "same player for gamepad as for touch" option.
