Does anybody else have a an issue with the universe bios not loading when "auto universe bios" is set to on?  Thanks.

Dammit. I was playing around with that code and I guess I forgot to put it back for the release build. Apologies for that.

 

I may just throw out a v1.09a to correct this issue since I've pretty much run out of other things to update for the time being and so I've no idea when the next release will be.

- Fixed samsh5nd. (generated DATs will now show the correct ROMs also)

 

- Fixed missing sound in pspikes2. (bug from FBA PC)

Try using the uni-bios for the time being. I will look into it, although this P ROM should be fully decrypted and should not need any additional code to get it working.

Using the DATs generated by the newest FBA-XXX Pro, samsh5nd is using the P roms from samsho5(both Romcenter and CLRMAME both show this). It is my understanding that these two roms are encrypted Moving the proper P rom into the samsh5nd archive did not fix the BANK ERROR message. Other than that, all seems well. Thanks for the update.

 

PS. You are right burnero; keeping these ROMs up to date is a full time task.

This was actually just an error with the DATs. The emulator uses the correct p1n ROM as described by Mr.X for samsh5nd.

 

I've updated the DATs in the package to correct this.

I've noticed the DATs included in your download package differ in size from the ones generated by the program itself (for instance guwange is not shown in the downloaded DATs). As they don't seem to contain the same info, which one is to be trusted?

 

By the way, I enjoy FBA-XXX Pro daily. Keep up the fine work.
