Also do I have to go to a torrent to get CoinOPS 7 or is there another spot...

First this is my first post, and I am brand new to modded xbox's. (but I do know things like FTP etc.) I just bought an xbox with 160gb hard drive, and CoinOPs 6 lite with 700games installed. If I want to add Coin OPs 7.... Do I just FTP into machine and transfer Coin OPs 7 serperately? Or do I need to somehow remove 6 lite first? How should I proceed? Thanks
