ok i did all that an diam still gettin the same thing..so ig uess i goin have 2 give up...
oh and i do have them int he same folder hehe.
should i create a folder within my Neogeo folder for one of them and leave the other one in the main section..and could this be affecting my sound?
i dont kno if this will help identify the prob but the sound in the other games workin ok

OK i enabled Both ADPCM and FM (thank)...i now have sound but only music..i cant hear the ppl voices and the volume is up

To solve the problem i'm using NeoRAGExp v0.8c.exe to import and EGCG NeoRAGEx to run the game i'm willing to just to that since i cant get the problem solved.....now the game has no sound!!
my god..any suggestions

It did not work!
i went to your site again i dled Nrx_zlibfix.zip , which seems ot be the same
Zlib.dll file that comes with your EGCGneoragex.zip and it CRASHED when i try to import.
i then tried to delete the ini. file...and neogeo rage would not even start.
what should i do?

when i tried to import the roms however it crashed..i see you have a notice stating "
You need a Zlib.dll, but make sure that the file isn't dated 13.3.2002,
otherwise the program won't work (namely Importing).

what exactly does this mean? How can i change the date of the Zlib.dll file
(note: i did indeed use the one that came with EGCGneroragex.zip)
Your Zlib.dll file says:

ok the good news is i found how how 2 change the file extension

Yea u guys but simply changing the name give me "270_c1.ROM.BIN"
It doesnt actually change the type of file to a ROM file....help?

...i'm new to this site..rite now i have the samsho5 zip file and the updated version of neogeo rage..and i see u guys sayin it should work. But it isnt workin and i think its because the files in the samsho5.zip are BIN files and not ROM files what should i do. Can i make dem ROM files..it doesnt seem like i can find a site with the rom files
(i dled samsho5.zip from shareaza and i like neogeorageX so i want it 2 work very badly) can anyone help me
