    I still need to pad my posts till I can get a pm. I know someone on here said something about putting it up on bittorrent but theres no seeds. Instead of ftp what if we just seed the .xmv packs (I don't have any), there likely wouln't be any legal issue with that and people can get reasonable speed out of it. You can download 20 gigs worth of MAME in about twelve hours just as an example.

     

     

    There are seeds for the torrent in question..

    so the xmv pack is on torrents right now,is that what your saying??

    Total Settings overhaul COMPLETED

    its a new start for CoinOPS as from now on video is a key player (and old versions dont support it)

    that wont happen its easy to skin it that way.....although it will have complete screenshot pack it will all have a complete hd video pack and it looks alot better with videos

     

     

    Oh yes, forgot about the videos, There are a few on the R5 release I got and I think they look very good indeed.... And WOW a complete screenshot AND video pack - this is going to be like Christmas come early. :D:D

     

    Other than that I don't really have any other things to suggest as it's a near perfect GUI etc.

    disable 1080i and give it a go :P maybe it sensing it can go to that res and dropping out of 720p

     

     

    I just again want to say thanks for this awesome emulator. I've been playing non-stop all day! You've brought a lot of retro joy into my life :)

    you should try setting your xbmc to 720p then try booting up coinops and see if it displays at 720p.

     

     

    Thanks for your reply, when I go into the MS dash 720p and 1080i are already enabled, they've never been disabled but still no go. :(

     

    I've given up.

     

    Think I will just stick to mame0x

    needs to be in NTSC then in the Microsoft dashboard video settings 720p must be enabled...if you cant see this setting you have the wrong cable(not hd cable)or its not in NTSC.

     

     

    Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. Yes I have NTSC mode enabled. Yes I have 720p on the Microsoft dash and yes I've been running my current dashboard in 1080i (xbmc) as well as other EMU's in 1080i using a component cable for almost 3 years.

     

    I look in advanced mode settings on CoinOPS IGNITE R5 and it does say that 720p is enabled yet it's running the SD skin and in 480i.

    Just an update to this, I took the files over to a friends house who also has NTSC enabled XBOX running at 1080i through component and a 32" 1080p set, created a new directory and copied all his mameox roms into it with the CoinOPS IGNITE R5 files, again the same problem! Can only get it running in 480i. :(

     

    Maybe something is mising from my file list, can someone please PM me a link for CoinOPS IGNITE R5 as I got my copy elsewhere, which led me to this site.

    GRRR! No matter what I do I cannot get this EMU to display in 720p Anything I should be doing? Tried with version 4 and now 5 and can only get it to display in 480i.

     

    Please help!
