i also see someone uploaded the full coinops final ind(3.5gb) on a certain download site and im not talking about torrents either.

 

I just pulled down this version from a certain download site (maybe not the same certain download site you are talking about). It's the 4/3/08 release of CoinOPs. I'm not sure why, but it was just posted with all the roms about 2 days ago.

 

I'll keep guessing and randomly downloading until I find the one from this weekend.

I've been quietly following this thread for quite a while now. Have a few questions about the "release".

 

Is the torrent going to contain just the emulator and a few tweaked roms? Or is the idea to release an entire package with all roms (4+gb)?

 

If it's just a small release of code and a few roms, which romset works best with this release? I assume the Platinum 2 package which is still floating around.

 

And lastly, where will we find the .torrent for the release once it's ready? I'm prepared to seed for a good long time.
