sorry i took so long to reply but one more question.I cleared some space on my computer and got the game to run a lil faster but its still slow and the music is choppy.
I wanted to ask you If I buy the 512mb ram alone, will that be enough to play the dreamcast emulator or would i need both the 512mb ram and new video card?what do u recommend me to buy first cuz idk if im have enough money to buy both at the same time?please reply when u get a chance

The SiS is beyond pathetic, that's your problem, to be blunt. It's simply is way underpowered to handle something like Dreamcast emulation. The fact that it's integrated makes it twice bad (although all SiS chips these days are of the integrated kind).
when you say sis,you talking about my video card right? im not really an expert on computers or anything.
how come i am able to run playstation,n64, arcade emulators and i can run marvel vs capcom 1 with no problems but i cant run a dreamcast emulator?
also if i did wanted to run a dreamcast emulator what would i need to upgrade?would i need a new video card or something
edit:if i get 512mb ram will i be able to run the dreamcast emulator?

I dont know if that would still be enough. If you checked my specs I have 224 system memory ram.if i get 256 it only adds up to 480 or something like that.I need at least 512mb ram to be able to run the dreamcast emulator.
another question how much ram mb should the video card I get have?
