[Why are all the good mugen sites Foreign sites]

Why do all the good sites come from Foreign nations does this mean the good o US of A is a bad place to host web sites or is it more costly to host sites here or does this just mean mugen is more populer in other countries.

yup it looks like its dead. I dont think the problem was mostly because the hacking. I think the developers just got tired of it, the spam they must have recieved and the fact the the mugen name was clashing with the offical mugen sites.
