  1. Lol Wishdokta (yes I knew it came from you, but didn't want to directly offend you :D)

InfinityDC if you're running Vista try running the AVG instalation file with Admin privileges (right click on the installation file and click Run with Admin Priveleges - I think that's it) - sounds to me like Vista isn't letting the installation run certain files because of restricted priveleges, running the installation file with them should fix the problem.

Well, it did get to the installing, but at the half, I got a new error "Action failed for registry value HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run:AVG7_CC: creating registry value....". Now what do I have to do?

  2. I still have a problem. I type "start regedit.com" and nothing happens I just get a window asking to continue or not and I click on continue and nothing happens.

Honestly I'd go for "Hijackthis" and scan the PC properly. It takes few seconds. Have a google.

For "start regedit.com", if you'r talking about the CMD console, I don't seem to understand what you'r trying to do.

Go for the problem-exe and kill it.

I have a problem with Hijack This. I open it and it keeps saying "Hijack This is already running", but I don't see it running.

I'm trying to remove Backdoor.SubSeven, that's what I am trying to do.
