It was probably SMS plus but I can't seem to find a tutorial for it. And the one they do have is very confusing.

You mean there's some type of fix for Smeg's lack of save feature?

It's a Sega Master System Emulator for the Dreamcast. I already managed to burn a Dreamcast CD for Smeg; the other SMS emulator. Only problem is that although Smeg runs all games with perfect sound and speed it has no save function! So it's no good for playing RPG's like say PHANTASY STAR
