[Help Burning A.img File]

Ive had this fireprowrestlingD rar for a while and i decided to burn it yesterday, but then i found 3 files in the archive:

 

fireproD.ccd

fireproD.sub

fireproD.img

 

i figured the.img one was what to burn, but none of my burners detect it, so im not sure what to do. any helps very appreciated :]

Whenever i try to play ANY rom i always get an error saying 000-lo.lo (eo9e253c) can't be found. what is this and how am i supposed to fix it?

i just got dino crisis and when i opened the archives i found 32 files named e-dinoc.001 and so on to e-dinoc.032..

 

so does anyone know how im supposed to burn this??
