Ok. i'm new at this and it shows. Did some more digging why the emulators hang when lauched from the harddisk. Maybe the reason is that I *just* copied the files to my Xbox harddisk using a FTP program. I tried QWIX but it warned about the long file names and did not want to copy them. So, I will try it differently now and learn the hard way and first just burn a DVD of BAED and test if that plays fine - which it will I gues, according to the below. http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/postt2066.html...en&ct=clnk&cd=7

BAED 1 & 2 emulator menu selection works but when it then load the choosen machine e.g. XBOY advance, I'm not able to cycle through the menu. The menu is ' locked'. The controllor does work because it will allow me to do a reset my xbox but somehow the emulator menu does not let me select a game or anything. The same happens with BAED and BAED 2. (I uploaded them to my harddisk on the xbox). Maybe I missed something. thanks anyway floris
