i wanna get some ss voice rom but i couldnt find it anywhere. so i was wondering if its possible to extract midi or wav from the rom?

I think there's a tool called V2WAV or something like that which let's you extract audio data from the Neo-Geo V roms. Try here: http://www.zophar.net

I'd suggest using an x86 DOS emulator if you can't run DOS programs.

If all else fails, give me the complete ROM specs and a copy of the ROM, and maybe I could write a program that could handle it.
