Now, as far as I know there's only 1 Codebreaker released for DC and that doesn't work with burned games. So, I would advise you to get a Gameshark or Action Replay instead. I have both of those on share on Direct Connect in this hub: romsterhub.ath.cx They're both only a few kb so go there and download them from me and forget about codebreaker if you want to use burned games. Also, the codes should work since the versions aren't all that different, AFAIK. There's a CB/Xploder to GS/PAR code converter available at GameShark Central. At least it was last I checked.
