what about the Kawaks version for kof2003?? has it been released yet??

Yeah, yeah....spam, spam..

has it been released? has it been released? has it been released? has it been released?

Why can't you people just wait. It will be posted here as soon as it has been released.

You do not have to ask every minute: has it been released?

i thought it has been released cuz i saw in a few sites that theres a NeoRageX version for kof2003 so i assumed that theres a Kawaks version 2 :blink:

so far there has been no other emu other than that kawaks dev and mame

there has been no working rom for kawaks (normal version ) or noerageX

Thx for the hookup Knightzero. I still don't understand why people dont like mame, I like both kawaks and mame about the same. Obviously each emu has some advantages and are great in their own right. I still dont get why people have trouble doing hcb motion in kawaks, I'm able to do it fine. Just trying to understand.

Here, go to Kawaks > Ini > kof2003b.ini

search for "; Player 1 macros" (without quotes) and paste this over that section.

; Player 1 macros

Key1_MacroReverse=59

Key_Macro1A=2

Key_Macro1B=3

Key_Macro1C=4

Key_Macro1D=5

Key_Macro1E=6

Key_Macro1F=7

Key_Macro1G=8

Key_Macro1H=9

Key_Macro1I=10

Key_Macro1J=11

search for "; Macros for player 1" (without quotes) and paste this over that section.

; Macros for player 1

Macro1A=12+

Macro1B=23

Macro1C=34

Macro1D=D,DF,F,D,DF,F,13

Macro1E=D,DF,F,D,DF,F,24

Macro1F=D,DF,F,F,DF,D,DB,B,13

Macro1G=D,DF,F,F,DF,D,DB,B,24

Macro1H=B,DB,D,DF,F,B,DB,D,DF,F,13

Macro1I=B,DB,D,DF,F,B,DB,D,DF,F,24

Macro1J=

doing that sets the following macros for kof2003b.

F1=Reverse Macro (ie F1+4=QCB,QCB+2P)

1=Dodge (Hold Back To Dodge Back)

2=Tag 1

3=Tag 2

4=QCF,QCF+2P

5=QCF,QCF+2K

6=QCF,HCB+2P

7=QCF,HCB+2K

8=HCF,HCF+2P

9=HCF,HCF+2K

0=

i couldn't find a macro to put for 0, any ideas?

No problem, I just wish someone will get kof2003 working on Nebula (I want to complete my set), So I guess we'll have to wait.

Though I still like Kawaks over the Nebula in my opinion.

yeah. Overall mame is the best emu i think just in terms of the wide range of games it emulates. Games from the 80's to present day is quite impressive. Kawaks has the best features though as in being able to set different types of video blitter and also the sound options as well the games look very nice. Nebula is like a combo of mame and kawaks. As for netplay, Mame is still king. All the emus offer something the other doesn't which makes them great.
