Insectoid 3
is the new history.xml format for MAME 0.228 compatible with Arcade64 0.228? https://www.arcade-history.com/index.php?page=download
Robert 173
In a word, no. You'll have to use the old format for a while, as I have no plans currently to accommodate XML.

petran79 0
I dont know if it is specific to this mame version, but it does not read the new history.xml format. Tried moving it both to dats and history folder, same result. When I click Info on the panel, trivia does not appear, only the mameinfo information

Insectoid 3
Berzerk loads ok in regular MAME 0.228, but it doesn't load in Arcade64 0.228 or MAMEUI64 0.228. You hear the beeps but it's stuck on the black screen. Berzerk clones(Berzerka, Berzerkb) load ok in Arcade64 0.228 Edited January 28 by Insectoid
Robert 173
Berzerk works for me on MAMEUI64 and on ARCADE64. You might have to delete berzerk.cfg, berzerk.ini (if it exists) and any nvram for the game.
