uvsthem 0 Posted September 30, 2018 (edited) I'm getting this error whenever I try to run a game. I have Windows 10 x64 and I'm running the 64bit version of arcade. Any ideas? Edited September 30, 2018 by uvsthem

uvsthem 0 Posted October 3, 2018 Any game I try crashes. I think it's related to this bug because when I switch the Video Mode setting to OpenGL, everything seems fine. I normally have the setting on Auto. Setting it to Direct X gives me the same crash as Auto. http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=378727&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1 which games ? as mine is workiing ok so try downloading again
Agard 4 Posted October 3, 2018 that's weird as mine is set to auto & works fine & also tried the others & ok i'm pretty sure i'm on direct x 9 too so probably its 10 thats the problem
Robert 159 Posted October 3, 2018 If auto is selected then that means d3d. So, if d3d isn't working, you have to try something else such as opengl or bgfx. Or try to repair your d3d installation.
uvsthem 0 Posted October 4, 2018 Deleting the HLSL and installing the new one from version 202 seems to have fixed the issue.
Robert 159 Posted October 4, 2018 Excellent. For some reason there's been a lot of complaints with 0.202, which always turned out to be because people didn't unpack and use the full package.
