Metro Last light - My most anticipated game of the year.

Metro2033 was a cult classic and one I still play at least a couple of times a year.

Last light has been in production for quite some time and focuses on single player not like a lot of the BS you get now that tacks on multiplayer.

It was scheduled for release this month but, like all eastern European games suffered setbacks, its now penned in for a may 17 release after THQ sold up.

I have yet to finish the first game. The trailers for Last Light were glorious.

The graphics look pretty solid, but game play wise, how does this compare with any other modern first person shooter? I tend to get bored of them rather quickly.

It's hard to say, you really should try metro2033 to get a feel for it.

It's good old fashioned FPS story telling, with LOADS of easter eggs.

This clip is just scratching the surface.
