Yes, you create a blank file with a .cue extension and paste the CUE information in there. Make sure you do not create a text document with a .cue extension (i.e. Disc2.txt.cue - a double extension file). Double quotation marks are mandatory in the first line, since they define the exact filename of the disc image in question.

Have you tried loading just the CCD file? I suggest you rip disc 2 again, if all else fails. Personally, I find Final Fantasy VIII definitely worth the effort, but then again, I have the original discs that I play on my PS2.

It won't load the .ccd file and yeah Final Fantasy is good, i've wanted to play it

for a long time and when i finally got the chance, this error appears.

I really think it's time to just make new rips of the original CDs. If you don't have the original CDs, just download them from somewhere, in bin/cue format. Which let's face it, is no more illegal than making copies from a friend's discs anyway.

well every one that i've downloaded comes in a

.rar file and when I try to extract what I need a message

appears saying the data is corrupt and it can't extract it

and i've tried redownloading them and trying different

websites but that message keeps appearing, its as though

everything is trying to stop me from playing this game
