3D Modeling program?

Swift 3D is a personal favourite. You said that 3D studio Max was too complicated. I therefore advise you to use swift 3d. It is very easy to use with an amazing interface. It is verypowerful and you can create advanced mdoels and animations. A greeat thign is that you can render 3d animations and export them as flash files.
