A question about FBA-XXX PRO 1,29c

Recommended Posts

Hi

I've been using FBA-XXX Pro 1,29c for some time now. Every single games I throw at it according to the dat file work, but there is one single rom that just won't work.

I've checked the dat file and also double checked with romcenter. Everything is green and even the CRC is correct.

This concerns KOF2003 JAMMA PCB - kf2k3pcb.zip and kof2003.zip (MVS/WORLD)

When I try to launch the games the emulator tells me that the games isn't currently working, try a clone instead. It doesn't even try to launch even thou everything should be green and the games is supported.

The thing is that kof2003.zip clone; bootleg 2 works fine with it's parent rom.

What the hell is going on. I want to play all clones.

Somebody who would like to share same experiences and offer a solution! plz

Does even kof2003.zip parent file work itself or do I need to use a bootleg. The only bootleg whick work is bootleg 2. None of the other kof2003 versions are working. not even the jamma pcb kf2k3pcb.zip which don't require bios if I'm not mistaken

So the only thing I can do is stick to the kof2003 bootleg 2 then!?

yeah but like i said it will get fixed, kenshi will probably post in your thread anyway but like i said the kof2003 has been causing problems well the pcb revision anyway.

are you running the game in 720phd mode by any chance, maybe you should try running at 480 and see if it makes a difference as it wont chew up so much memory.

I'm playing the game on normal settings, no HD settings of any kind in the video options. I don't even play the game on an HD set

the version of 1.29c you have, when did you download it as there has been a couple of revisions of the emu.

Wow i'm not sure.

Version=0.2.95.23 it says in dat

and...

In the zip file is the date information; it says 20090502 on the default.xbe

I'm not sure which version or even which site it was.

The only thing I know is FBA-XXX Pro 1,29c

Link Removed

This info isn't included in my zip file in english in the read me file. But it mentions kof2003.zip and it's bootlegs and also the PCB version.

If someone understands french. There is also a download link for the beta

Staff Edit: Links to binaries compiled with the XDK are not allowed, they are illegal.
