NAT, WTF?

Recommended Posts

so out of the blue my 360 decided to tell me my NAT type is strict, and tell me some crap about UPnP, it might as well be in tongan (a language i dont flocking know!)

my router was plug and play and i have no idea how to easily fix this situation (which i am lead to assume has been somewhat prohibiting the ammount of people i have been able to play with via xboxlive)

see if your router is listed here

http://www.phenoelit-us.org/dpl/dpl.html

maybe whoever set it up didn't change the default password.

also may wanna look to see if there is a reset button on the back. hold that in for 5 to 10 seconds.

I've got a super common linksys WRG somethingorother.

it's got a blue face, black body, dual antennas. it's never let me down. I think I got it at walmart or best buy for like 40 bucks.
