Magic box confirmed that you can buy costumes. meaning, we can customise then? or it might just be full set of costumes.

Ono has said no customizing. These are just full set of alternate outfits, Magic Box did nothing then just translate what the SF4mobile site said, which was most probably ripped off SRK anyways.

i wonder if mag will own at this one like he does in sf3??? if u have never played mag then u dont know what im talking about.

Probably, I'm getting the PC vers 100% so I can laugh at all the console niggas that my online is hype edition.

But they've changed up alot of crap. I won't be using Chun, probably gonna switch to CViper.

hopefully a lot people get the PC version or they make the online play cross platform.

They might highly consider 360 <> PC because it's much easier to do over PS3 <> PC.

They aren't going to go Cross Console MP with it, too much different in Sony and Microsoft's online structure.

Gameplay is NOT like ST. It's more akin to 3s in flavor because it has many of it's system mechanics remade to be more idiot proof. Damage wise, it's a little like SF2:CE, which is high damaging all around before SSF2 and SSF2ST came into existance. Which means retarded damage throws (!). Ono has said they are trying to get a CE feel for the game instead of ST.

In ST, Chunny has many options, but when compared to 3s and CVS2 Chunny, much less. That's the problem. Chun in SF4 is more or less a mixture of CVS2 and 3s. With more points going towards CVS2.

Wasn't parrying dropped from SF4? What system mechanics does SF4 have in common with 3s? How have they made Third Strike's system mechanics more idiot proof?

Ah, that must make those Zangief fans happy! :P

Super Turbo Chun has more options; wasn't Chun only high tier in that game? Wasn't Chun top tier in CVS2 and 3s though? How does Chunny have more options in ST when she has fewer options in 3s and CVS2? :peopleseybrow:

As far it is still planned - am not sure if the PC guys are laughing :peopleseybrow: . I think console versions will have bonus characters the PC one won't.

But it's on the PC, so they can be user patched in. Still, that's a dick move.

They'll be on the PC too, since the PC port usually comes out after the console versions of the game. The arcade version won't have any bonus "console" characters.

PC online will no doubt beat 360 and PS3 in terms of functionality.

Who knows what the PC version requirements would be. They might be unfairly high if its a shoddy port and even if you have sufficient hardware it might chug sometimes and be of generally inconsistent performance.

For games like this where you need to know both you and your opponent are getting a consistent framerate I think the optimised console versions would be the safer choice.

Could be a point. On the other hand, SF4 would be the instant must-have Beat'em Up on PC.

(am still having my prayers to an huge new 2D beat'em up somewhere out there. SNK-Capcom anniversary explosion would be a nice idea  . Yes, i am dreaming :D )
