No. It uses 9W if i remember correctly.

the PC is flocking OFF. You could even pull the plug on the fu­­cker to be absolutely certain it isn't using any power.

well like I said, you could turn it off cold (ie PSU switch, unplug)and it would still work and use 0W....

 

while plugged in, I'm pretty sure that the wattage output is negligible, I would have to look it up to see how much. Also, I believe it turns off the NIC when you disable wake on LAN

when the computer hibernates it should be completely off and not consume any power at all unles you have some settings that will wake the computer and even then, the power consumption will be minimal, to low to even care about it.

I don't see why it should use any electricity. It's not like ram is being preserved and programs are actually running.

 

I mean, all hibernation does is save session data to a file (swap partition if you're using linux) and then recovers it when booting to the OS.
