You will recover 3 hours after you attacked, look at the bottom of your profile to get the exact amount of time to wait. Look in the Forum Attack System forum, the stickied threads contain a guide and other useful info. There is a SDLMAME front end but still beta stage. I cannot remember what it is called. If you're using Windows, there are many front ends out there, just try a few until you find one you like.See the News forum for recent releases.
