Sims 2

I used alcohol 120% to try and make an image of the sims 2 and it didnt work, would it work with daemon tools? I went through hell to get the full version of alcohol 120% and the crack, i just hope it wasnt for nothing

Discussion of it is, but he didn't ask where to get it. As for sims 2, it has some nasty protections on it which you need to turn the emulation on for -- safedisc and ignore media type

I dont really understand what you mean by safedisc and ignore media type

but in another site i read that daemon tools doesnt encounter problems with the sims 2. it can make the image and work perfectly. cause if it does, i could borrow it make the image, mount it and play all i like.

It's really easy, those settings are in the

 

FILE--> Options-->Emulation

FILE--> Options-->Extra Emulation

I need help MAKING The Image. Ive downloaded Alcohol 120%/PowerISO/DAEMON Tools, and ive gotten nowhere, Im so confused

it really couldn't be more simple:

 

On the main alcohol window, click "Image Making Wizard"

At the bottom of that window, click "Data Type" -> SafeDisk 2/3

Pick the drive you're copying from

hit next

pick the name of the image you want to save and where to

click start

When i bring down the datatype menu, all i says is customize
