I was playing medal of honor on a server and i was happalie executing people with my KAR rifle when suddenly i knocked over my super sized strawberry milkshake, i had my lights turned out and had not noticed. Any way the gunk had all dried and spilled on my desk and even soaked into my collatarol damage arnie DVD, in turn this had soaked and now im left with a messy pc desk smelling faintly of strawberrys. And a knackered DVD box that has congielled on my desk and at this present time is iremovabile I got my act otgether and clenaed my room even hoovering behind my pc, were i stumbled across the holy grail What your desks like? baboulas Posted April 1, 2003 Share Posted April 1, 2003 I'm kinda messy too. as I am looking at it right now there is a spindle of half empty cd's, my doedarent, calogne, some old school assignment papers, cell bill and a bunch of other crap, not to mention a few water stain circles from various drinks.....Damn i gotta clean up!! My roomates hate me for it too My desk currentlly supports everything from key chains, empty drink bottles, yesterdays cup of coffee, pc parts, small/large fans, loose cds, knickknacks, a fishing reel, a stack of sports magazines, 3 remote controlls, dust bunnies, a caller id unit, a phone, my change box, a few photos, a printer that is AWOL, empty pc game boxes, scraps of REALLY important paper that I can't seem to read, an ashtray (full of course *cough*), some football cards, a few DVDs, 3 orphaned RAM Simms, some mail, the speakers for the pc, a pen cup minus the pens, some loose pens (hmmmmm ), and a AoK tech tree chart which like your box seems to be at the present....stuck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's mostly bits of paper with code and stuff written on them and a lot of wires, plectrums, magazines, jack leads, bits of computer from ones that I have taken apart. I also have a couple of guitars leaning against it and a Korg Workstation sat on top. I have a problem with throwing things out so I gather a lot of clutter. Even if its like a 10 year old PC mag, I convince myself that there is something in them that I will find useful in the future. It's stupid because they just take up valuable space for keeping pornography (jk ) The only time I really bother to tidy it is when my gf comes over to use the computer (because she moans about mess) or when my mum visits (because she also moans). Seriously - I got CD wallets, CDs, book of passwords & codes etc, mags, bills, pens, apointment cards, mediction, contact lenses and glasses.Thats after ive cleaned it of my kids toys which have been taken off them because theyre hitting each other with them or theyve broken them.(my desk is no go for the kids, so anything of value eventally works its way there. It constantly amazes me that the kids will break any and all rules in the house except not touching my desk. I suppose it goes to show what i worry about the most!)
