got a prob with Nebula 224 and Loader

Ive got Nebula 224 and Loader and also have the RomDataMaker Final and every time i make a DAT from the RomDataMaker and try to load it with the Nebula Loader, Nebula will either crash (ie- SVC Super Plus) with an Application Error (im using WinXP Pro SP2), or display a black screen or a black screen later followed by a z80 error message. Ive tried Kawaks Loader but it didnt work to well. Ive been trying to find James' CloneMAME or some other special compiled version. What can I do?

Check the DAT manually and double check all the filenames, CRC values and filesizes. Z80 error usually refers to an encrypted or a borked M1 rom. Or, you don' have the correct GfxKey if the set is encrypted.

You will need a Fully decrypted rom set for it to work.

If the rom set works in NRX then it should work in nebula.

 

What size is the M rom ?

updated dats and reposted in "Pinned: List of all the Dat Files" thread. as previously mentioned this emulator does not handle z80 decryption, nor will it decrypt samples (exception being bit swap for mslug4 samples). only sets appended with (decrypted) are working... the remaining portions of the dat are included for reference and to define a parent or set.
