Me I just redownload it as Im both busy and lazy.... Also Keeps everyone on the same page, lets face it 50GB aint that much these days
sure 50GB aint much i guess there would need to be new stuff or most wont see the point of DL another full build

surely that site cant be close to having more posts than the whole of 1emulation
and its nearly overtaken all the posts at 1 emu

dont think he will get much joy with this request i cant see mame devs having dumped these games and holding em back
they would have been added to mame by now basicly adding these clones would have made em play different
instead of rotary controls which can a pain in the ass
these are joystick hacks which mean your player character will shot in which ever way you point em instead of having to turn em all the time
handy for games like ikari warriors guerrilla wars etc
please message "TheGuru" and ask if he dumped these rom please...id love these...

there's a couple of games like this in FBL ikari warriors 3 has bootleg joystick clone and SAR-search and rescue has a dip option
to change the control method from rotary to joystick makes playin em easier

have you noticed how bleak and depressing that site looks compared to most i mean its totally devoid of any colour except for red alotta red on that site
dont know about you guys but i always associate the colour red with danger

OK WARNING Time
as its about to launch we normally get some people trying to hang onto this project as the community is strong and there not much left for them elsewhere....they have caused most of you to come here by looks.
Normally I enjoyed these guys but at present im a bit busy so ill be just removing this stuff....
ive noticed how dead these other sites are now......with new big releases getting 1/100th what a beta picture gets
so anyone trolling will be banned and instantly removed (there is a couple of sites you can troll at no worries)
if anyone has issues with this please talk to me in live chat...if not it will just happen......
good luck it wont effect normal people...the people who it does will know it....and they have there channels for hate so freedom of speach is maintained...remember CoinOPS community is not a right....respect it or else your out.....
to the 99 percent that are respectfull to the community welcome and enjoy, ill be around for chatting and help
good luck and not long now....most of you will love the new one and never look backloads of busy sites around im a member of quite a few id say from what ive seen COPS site aint exactly bursting at the seams

here's BP's answer with regards to FBL sources
To those that think I added there stuff get over yourself....toaplan been in since CO4 and been fixed for ages....I just added tate mode....
all other games use this source fba_src_029727.7z this is why ive included games you guys dont support....remember I added ddp2 etc before you guys and it didnt use your guys sources at all....come over and maybe you can help me fix some of the last issues I have adding Last Survivor etc...they all are running the input are a bit wierd...then maybe you could get hold of all the bugs to do with
screen calibration in 90 degs right stick moving the wrong place
aspect ratio issues
screen flipping issues
dip issues
game exit issues
game out of mem issues
....etc anyways lots of bug fixes in this PC build for inputs so I included alot of them....
these is no credit file my name isnt locked into sources or there at all on my builds...if IQ wants credit or sources he has them and can ask for anything....he even has CO5 mame sources......you guys need to get over yourselves.....if not no one can help you.....if you think im anti community you need to look at the numbers.....i still have the credit file in the build that !*** did sometime ago and doesnt have my name in it....and yes no ones ever commented on it ever.....
so a final thing to them...if you want to help you will need to get over yourselves.....I dont use mad sources and wouldnt I dont use any source changes in CO4 or CO5 from FBL they are done myself.....you guys think it cant improve so im having to go it alone....
this time I offered help in a public way and was turned down....theres only one way now and thats ahead we couldnt work together.....thos people killed there site and still think I cant do stuff for some reason.....help is good and I asked for it here....and offered mine....it was refused and always does....

you mean this source....
the source is at xbins now in accord with 'GPL licensed open source software'.
so that means if YOU take the source and modify it any way, or add anything from it to anything else (you know what i mean) then release it to anyone, even just to your next door neighbor, YOU must release YOUR source too.
don't forget to reconize where you got the source and from whom... i put a 'MUST READ ME' that must be taken seriuosly and YOU must be compliant with those wishes too.
i guess its easy to obtain if someone wants to get their hands on it

some final burn stuff i imagine one of the new games will be cyber tank
OK a new final burn core is done...toaplan now supports Tate mode....and all new games with sound...also many new final burn games supported including ones not on an other final burn for xbox (never on the xbox before)
I dont think there is any games thats arnt clones not playable in CoinOPS now that are in final burn....if there is let me know

it was ment to be a gamecube exclusive but after rare's fall out with Nintendo and purchase by microsoft it switched and became an xbox exclusive
which as you know ended up released for the 360 wonder if any other game was an "exclusive for 3 different consoles

hmm seems that video issue is still there
BP - i did notice one thing though looks like that video bug is back. video stopped playing after pressing up or down around 550 times on the dpad. When this happens It doesn't show anymore videos and and start button doesn't work also when you try and boot a game it brings you right back to coinops main screen.

im gonna be honest they could make it super platinum id still never use a torrent site plus i have no interest in a full coinops build

video seems the same as the 1st sure its looks good gotta say that but need to tear off the wrapper and see whats underneath
from what ive seen so far gamelist seems the same but we'll see whats changed come release time
also seems some "new stuff" didnt make the cut so users after DL a full coinops 5 set will still need to upgrade

some new skins and marquees looks nice i guess but pretty pictures dont do it for me ill need to see what new games play that were not playable
in the last cop 4 release also alot of claims of faster console cores etc that nearly all games now play better cant tell if thats the case
from watching that small video clip i guess the prof will be in the pudding if i ever take a bite

Hey to the few that want to do stuff themselves...good luck you could have been part of the most popular most active project on the xbox...remember you guys have tried this many times and really you dont have the design skills id say....its allways been unlocked.....but as you wouldnt work on the project your left with stuff no one wants and who knows if the community here might decide new CoinOPS builds take out any of your work just for fun

well it seems it wont be locked skin wise
people can skin it anyway they want it and allways have been able to...ive never locked any textures into xpr....would be easy to do and make it boot a bit faster....the cab is from a popular PC mame I just modified it in color and texture and other digital ways to make it suit....and yes CoinOPS 4 had a skin like this but this ones alot more polished and a larger preview for people....also marquee make it pop.....
Im loving it the way it is....and so are my testers.....in the old days I would have given people choices...but that just ment the few people who no one listens to tried to push everyone else around...so this was handled under ground and for myself its worked out much better
....Im liking the cleaner approach I get with a smaller team...anything is possible and easy its just the people with the skills being convinced its worth spending the time on.....
