    As for fixing the audio, the V roms are encrypted. It's best to go to filemirrors, get rotdd and mslug4d, set them as parents, and use their V roms. I have been working on getting the V decryption code into fba, but I'm not a coder, so it's taking time.

    Not necessarily, it depends on the way it would be programmed (ie the no sound support would speed things up a little. Also if it only supports sfIII than it would be much less code - so faster to process).

     

    Emulating a sh-2 takes quite a bit of juice... Add the fact that the CPS-3 was a 2-d processing monster (probably even more so than the sega saturn), I doubt very very much that you can achieve full speeds on a p266, even without sound. I'm not saying it's impossible, but very very unlikely.

     

    Not that I believe that it is true though, this friend of yours is probably lying Frost. But, I'd love to see you prove me wrong!

     

    I agree with you on both points. I believe the guy's lying, but I'd love to be proven wrong :P

     

    BTW, I don't really care much about sf3 or the jojo's games (I have all of them on the dreamcast :D) I'd just like to see Warzard/Red Earth.

    hmm my friend in indonesia the smart_but_crazy_ass  ;)  can create an emulator for cps 3 with c++ program but he dont want to post it in internet the emu only can play street fighter 3 series, dont know why but it the cpu. specs needed is only P2 266, 128 mb ram, and 16 mb of vga card it run well but no sound :P, i asked him to post it and maybe he can be famous "the 1st man that can create cps 3 emu" har har har har

    IF this is true, tell your friend that if he posts it he will become a local hero on the emulation scene! (and tell him to post it here first :D )

    There's no way you can emulate a cps-3 on a P266. A CPS-3 emulator would have waaaay higher system requrements than a cps1, cps2, or neogeo emulator.

    I'm pretty sure I know to combine these consoles :D Wait until these systems are emulated, buy a super-fast PC. Get some DC2PC, X-box2PC, GC2PC, PS22PC controller converters, and you've got exactly what you want. :) Plus it'll probably have better graphics that the original.

    actually, he was banned by that ban addict Goku at Romshare Forums(who I'm thankful is banned) because he posted a site that had ps2 isos and crap like think(think it was suprnova)

    @Frost: It's hard because of the CPS-3 board's encryption routines.

    And because Razoola's a lazy-ass. He's a smart guy, I'll give him that, but he really does take a long-ass time to do anything.

    It's funny how you mentioned him, he is still threating to come back THIS MONTH. This is the the 3rd year he'll continue doing this. The man has no life. You'll know when it is him because he is a freak of nature. If he does come back, you'll know what I'll do. If he even sets foot on this forum or tries something on other forums with this site, it will be his last. He's already mass banned on this entire server.

     

    Eugen Popovici = A person you never want to be on the internet. Just about everyone know's everything about him on all the emulation forums. He's caused more problems that we can count. He's also a backstabber and was a once a moderator here.

    I can tell you that he is also banned on the romshare forums. Most likely because of his childish temper tantrums.

    I'd go with Trillian 2.01 It has skin support, custom emoticon support, file transfers, plugins (The weather plugin is great), support for IRC, AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Jabber, and ICQ. Also, if you wish to write your own plugin, the sdk is available for download.

    That's just me though...
