  1. Is that weird? does anyone have this same problem or know what's wrong with me?
No, it's not just you. I taste it too. Especially if there is a drastic difference in the taste, I'd spit it out. Try drinking distilled water.

Dunno if you are in the USA, but I definitely tasted the difference in water over there. And the Americans put that into their soft drinks/soda too. Tastes weird. And corn syrup in Coke? That's just wrong.

  2. personally i think sega, they were the first to introduce hydraulic cabs in arcade gaming, and the first to introduce 3d gaming, and oh yeah and their games especially daytona.

    Yeah, I agree with you.

Following Sega, I reckon Capcom (Final Fight, SF2), Konami (Gradius), Atari (Gauntlet, Toobin', 720') then Taito (Bubble Bobble).

  3. I drank a lot in my late teens to early twenties. After that, you'll naturally slow down on the drink. Your body won't be able to take it anymore, there'll be less time/opportunities, less money to spend on grog, more responsibilities and you'll also just be more mature. Nowadays, I have access to free alcohol but still don't abuse it like crazy.

I reckon there is nothing wrong with drinking a bit when you are younger. I follow these rules:

    1. Don't drink before noon

    2. Don't drink alone

    3. Don't drink and drive

I am still alive and still love a drink. Dunno how much brain damage I have or if I will get liver cancer in the future tho.

  4. oh yes, while people go out and completely remake the NES while other people make uber carts that can hold a shitload of roms

just because it's outdated doesn't mean it's automatically useless. Oh yeah and hello? PS3 software emulation now? There is absolutely NO REASON to get rid of the PS2 yet/

There is a market for NES remakes and 100 in 1 ROM cartridges - that's called nostalgia and retrogaming.

There isn't a market for homebrew/hacking tools on outdated hardware. Do you see many new SNES ROM copiers being developed and sold?

These guys would have made a killing 3+ years ago but not today. I wonder if they'll even be able to recover their costs for R&D, let alone manufacturing.

    I didn't say anything about getting rid of the PS2. I've just bought a PS2 V6 a month ago.
