I've never even heard of Twitch.tv. I just briefly checked it out --- live video streaming of game play with chat rooms. How would this fit with showing emulators, etc.? Are we showing games that people are playing via these emulators? Broadcasting a network play using kaillera or something? I'm lost. Help me out

I broadcast on the channel twitch.tv/bambiemu I only use emulators like snes9x or mame. If you guys can decide on a good night I'll start up the feed and see how it goes!

Hmmm... how many viewers/views do you normally get broadcasting emulators?

It's not quite the emulators that get attention but what game you play. If it's rpg or Japanese you tend to get more viewers.

  2. Normally I would say not very often. Maybe twice a month. Though I've gone months without it in the past.

Unfortunately recently my wife has not been putting out. And with having a kid I don't really have the liberty with time. So currently I would say 3-4 times a week for about 30-45 minute increments.

Even that much isn't excessive, I've known guys in the army that had collections of porn that would make Larry Flynn blush.

I tryed to subscribe the day it launched and the bastards pulled it from canada....I still want it though.

I heard some people signing up using a proxy and an address in the USA routed to Canada. Heard of anything like that being possible?

Its a grey area, Yes you can set up a proxy BUT you will still need an american credit card to validate your address. I know people with the wwe network in the usa, I'm just to afraid to try thier accounts in canada. I got a mass email that canada will be included by fall/winter 2014 but who's to say for sure.
