A better alternative is OpenOffice. Comes in Windows, Linux and Mac falvors.

I agree :naughty: I prefer open office to ms office except for it's spreadsheet program :lol:

It became closed source. OpenOffice comes from the last version of StarOffice which was open source.

It became closed source. OpenOffice comes from the last version of StarOffice which was open source.

Ah, I see, that's pretty cool. I might actually download that instead. :lol:

I was going to go to the site to check, but it was trying to issue me with an expired security certificate so I don't trust it.

Its free..they also have a paid version with a lot more features. :lol:
