ok i found what it is, does it make your computer to run slower?

I have'nt used it for a looooong time, but if you have a low-end comp, then the chances are that it makes the machine run slower. (Being a graphical enhancement tool)

honestly, you shouldn't have any problems running it. :ph34r: My comp is a Pentium 200 Mhz and back in the days when I used Window Blinds, it ran fine.
