Yes folks, after a looooooooong wait, the Star Ocean translation has finally seen the light of day. v1.0 can be gotten from www.Dejap.com and version 2.0 follows sometime during this year. Now go play!

Translation is complete, excluding the intro and Yes/No dialog.

I read you need a special graphics patch for Zsnes.
Can someone show and tell?

To patch the game you must read the read me file that comes with the translation patch

Snes9x has the graphics decryption implemented, whereas ZSNES does not.
However, a new ZSNES version will be released relatively soon.

all you need to run it on zsnes is a graphics pack, it's relatively small. works fine for me
thanks for the update too, been waiting for the complete translation for Star Ocean
