Do you know what zone alarm is?http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp Downlaod.Stop whatever programe is sending out the message to the tracker. That will at least give you time to scan your hard drive with norton... Dont belive me?Dont connect to the internet and the shutdown will not accure.
