Vice20X Commodore VIC-20 Emulator port for XBox v6b4

Updated to madmab edition interface CFv1b25. Lots of changes so be sure to see "Interface Changelog.txt"

Lots of changes to this one.. so pay attention!

* Special Note: If you have a vice20x.ini in your emulator folder be sure to delete it (only on first run). With the new ability to move the "saves" directory having one in there can cause issues. If for some reason you forget to delete it and wonder what happened to all of your settings.. exit the emulator, remove it and then reload and everything should be ok.

* Apparently the in-game menu option "Load Second Part of Cartridge" never worked right. I fixed this.. however I also removed the menu option. :P See below for more information.

* Removed menu option "SYS64802 (to start cartridges)" see below.

* Vice20x now attempts to auto-detect and autoload cartridge images to make your life easier. No more fooling around with SYS commands. With some exceptions..

1) Images with extension .20, .40, .60 and .a0 are autodetected, loaded, and autorun when selected.

2) If Vice20x detects what it thinks is a multi-part cartridge image it will tell you "Multipart Cart Detected. Be Sure To Load 2nd Part." at which point you can select the second half in the game configuration menu. This only works with "zipped images". For unzipped images you will have to check for multi-part cart images yourself. It is usually pretty obvoius because they are labelled something like (1 of 2), (2 of 2).

3) SYS command is automatically sent after a delay on start of the emulation.

* Added new game configuration option "Second Part of Cartridge". Allows selection of and shows file selected for second part of a mult-part cartridge.

* Added new game configuration option "Cart SYS command". This lets you select the SYS number entered on cart start since some games use different numbers. For example Scott Adam Adventure carts use SYS 32592.

* Added new game configuration option "Disable IRQ when starting cartridges". Only cart that I know of that needs it is "Pole Position".

* Removed all of the "RAM Block 0, 1, 2, 3, 5 Enabled" options and hopefully replaced it with something that makes more sense. "Expansion Ram Size :". Options are "None", "3k", "8k", "16k", "24k", "32k", "All". For older configurations the emulator figures out the total RAM size allocated by the various RAM Block settings to (hopefully) pick a working Ram Size. If for some reason a game that worked stops working, this would be the first thing to check.

* Moved the game configuration options around a little to, hopefully, a more logical order.

* Removed the following from the in-game menu because they should no longer be needed. "Load Second Part of Cartridge", "SYS64802 (to start cartridges)" and "Disable IRQ and SYS64802 (to start cartridges)".
