Ever feel an enormous amount of anger in your bloodstream? So much anger that you want to release it on some poor inanimate object? I use to take my frustrations out on the punching bags, but I found that it would actually make me angrier. This has turned a simple problem into a more complex problem because now I am kinda stuck as to how to "vent" my anger.
What am I pissed about? More or less, the inability to get things I want done. It's funny, when I'm on the computer, I've contemplated throwing my wireless mouse out the window more than a hundred times.
I would say this is ordinary anger mixed with frustrations of daily life.
So how do you go about working with your anger?
