Hi...I've encountered a problem with saving my Advance Wars/Advance Wars 2 game on VBA multiple times.

The problem: whenever I reset the cartridge or turn VBA off, then back on, the game acts as if the save data had never existed.

I can't save my campaign or versus progress and when I try to make a custom map, it acts as if I had never selected the mode to begin with. Saving the state works, but it's not enough.

Does anyone have an answer to this problem? All help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
