dgently Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 I get this error when I try to run dualis.exe. I saw someone else had this problem, but that thread didn't have a solution. Am I missing something? more details:I downloaded http://dualis.1emu.net/files/dualis-20.4.zip, extracted the files, and tried to run dualis.exe. The error message is "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
