His IP is from the Army and we had a whole range of them in the ban list. I can only think that when GC updated the board the IP's didn't take. The one he posted with is the same IP in the ban list. However I banned XXL from my Domain, so he gets no access at all now. I at first did it by domain, apparently however, it doesn't work. I'll talk to my server admin also.
