Oh this game. Old game. basically its a strategy game which uses different scenarios to play the game, similar to romance of the three kingdoms where you are given different scenarios tow ork with.
anyway one of the scenarios is the united states and iraq actually joined forces, and you take the role of the japanese forces to stop them. There are all sorts of weird scenarios, but as you can see by the cover, that one is by far the weirdest.
